Eligibility
A refund discussion starts from the confirmation email: programme name, dates, and who is seated. Enquiries that never became a confirmation have nothing to refund. If we declined a seat, you were not charged.
Consumers in the United Kingdom who buy Primer Seat recordings at a distance may cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless they asked us to start streaming or downloading immediately and acknowledged that the cooling-off right would be lost once access began. Live Atelier and Residency seats are dated services. If the first live session has already happened with your knowledge, the statutory cooling-off position is narrower; we still consider the timetable below as a matter of fairness.
Timeframe
Write to info@storage-vectorcore.digital before the second live week if you need to withdraw from Product Telemetry Studio or a House Residency. Primer Seat cancellation requests should arrive within 14 days of the invoice being marked paid, and before more than one module has been played if we can see playback logs.
Full and partial refunds
Full refund. We refund 100% of the fee if we cancel a cohort, if a tutor cannot be replaced, or if we accept a withdrawal received more than 14 days before the first live session (or, for Primer, within the unused cooling-off window).
Partial refund. If you withdraw after the first live session and before the fourth, we refund 50% of the Atelier or Residency fee, less any non-refundable room hire we already committed for an in-person day named in your confirmation. After the fourth live week, remaining sessions are treated as delivered capacity we cannot resell, and we do not refund the balance except where United Kingdom law requires otherwise.
Non-refundable items
Third-party room hire billed at cost, travel we booked at your written request, and any separately invoiced printing are not refundable once spent. Time we already spent on a private capture-architecture clinic inside a Residency is not unwound as cash if you later skip remaining weeks, though we will not invoice future unstarted clinic hours.
Dictionary templates and recordings already downloaded are not a separate product we “take back”; the licence ends if the contract is cancelled, and you must delete copies. We do not police your laptop; this is a contractual expectation.
How to request a refund
Email info@storage-vectorcore.digital with the subject “Refund”, the confirmation date, and the reason in a short paragraph. You may also telephone 079 2696 6063, but the request is dated from the email so both sides have a record. Write to 8 Stroude Road; Sixpenny Handley; SP5 5JT; United Kingdom if you need to send a letter.
Processing time and method
Once we agree a figure, we instruct the return within 10 working days. Money goes back by the same method you paid the invoice (bank transfer in pounds sterling is typical). We do not send cash or store credit. Card fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you choose a later cohort at no extra fee or a full refund. We are not liable for your travel or internal engineering time. If a single session is postponed, we offer a replacement hour; that is not a refund event on its own.
Exceptions
Serious illness, bereavement, or a company insolvency affecting the seated trio are handled in writing with more room than the 50% rule. We may ask for a simple note from a GP or a director; we are not trying to be theatrical. Abuse of the room (harassment, sharing recordings publicly) can end access without refund. Statutory rights in the United Kingdom are not replaced by this page.
